Das erste "Festival of Lights" war im Jahr 2008 und was ganz besonderes. Ein Freund von mir kam extra aus Hamburg, um das ganze zu erleben. Meine Mutter hatte uns noch extra Tee gekocht und eine Thermoskanne bereitgestellt. Die ersten "FoL" wurden nach der Zeitumstellung durchgeführt, sodaß man relativ spät losfahren musste, weil es erst später dunkel wurde.
